I did not feel I was in crisis when I began to seek therapy, however, I was aware of some persistent issues that I required assistance to address as they were affecting aspects of my work, home and other relationships. I’d previously had a bad experience in regard to therapy so I was somewhat hesitant and in need of a different, positive experience and outcome….Thankfully it was with Masha. She immediately put me at ease and created an environment that was neither judgemental nor stressful. I found myself looking forward to my sessions and found that her curious, compassionate, and enthusiastic approach enabled me to both express myself and find solutions to the challenges I faced. Often I did not see the direct connection between some of the things we discussed in therapy and the problems I was seeking help for, but after just a few sessions along with some optional homework, I started noticing improvements in my anxiety levels and my relationships. My sessions with Masha enabled me to be very realistic in regard to what is achievable and I am gaining a deeper level of self-knowledge and self-acceptance. Masha really helped me to understand myself better and redevelop the way I think, perceive and act in certain circumstances/situations. Masha has had a positive impact on my life and view my sessions with her as a long-term investment in my happiness. I would recommend Masha to anyone who’s looking to make some positive changes in their life.
